1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, tools, websites, or products provided by Rester Digital LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Rester Digital LLC provides custom digital solutions including, but not limited to, website design, digital business cards, domain registration via NameSilo, branding kits, automations, and referral-based setup for Google Workspace.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials created by Rester Digital, including designs, code, and branded content, remain the intellectual property of Rester Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use completed work for its intended purpose only.

4. Domain Registration

Domains are provided via our authorized reseller account with NameSilo and are governed by the Domain Services Terms, including ICANN requirements. You are the legal owner of your domain and responsible for its renewal unless auto-renew is enabled.

5. Third-Party Services

Some services offered may involve third-party platforms such as NameSilo, Google Workspace, payment processors. You agree to abide by the respective terms of those platforms. Rester Digital may receive affiliate or referral compensation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be completed prior to final delivery unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Rester Digital reserves the right to suspend service for overdue accounts.

7. Limitations of Liability

Rester Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All deliverables are provided “as-is” without warranties unless otherwise specified.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
