Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 28, 2025

1. General Policy

Rester Digital LLC provides customized digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our work, many of our services are non-refundable once the work has started.

2. Domain Registrations

All domain registration purchases are final and non-refundable once submitted. This includes misspellings, incorrect extensions, or changes of mind. Domains are registered through our authorized provider, NameSilo.

3. Website Packages

Website packages may be eligible for a partial refund if no development work has started. Once initial work such as design, wireframing, or setup is performed, the payment becomes non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable.

4. Digital Products and Services

Digital deliverables such as logos, DigiCards, custom spreadsheets, branding kits, and automations are non-refundable once sent or deployed.

5. Payment Plan Cancellations

For approved payment plans, the client is still responsible for all agreed-upon installments unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Missed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund or dispute a charge, please email support@resterdigital.com within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review your request promptly and provide a response within 3 business days.
