Domain Services Terms

These Domain Services Terms govern your use of domain registration and related services provided by Rester Digital LLC through our authorized reseller relationship with NameSilo, LLC. By purchasing or renewing a domain through us, you agree to these terms.
1. Domain Registration Provider
All domain registrations are processed through NameSilo, an ICANN-accredited registrar. Your use of domain registration services is also subject to:
2. Ownership and WHOIS Privacy
You retain full ownership of your domain name. WHOIS privacy protection may be included or offered as an optional service. It is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information in accordance with ICANN policy.
3. Domain Renewal and Expiration
Your domain includes a one-year registration term as part of your Rester Digital website package. We will notify you via email before the expiration date. Renewal is your responsibility unless you authorize auto-renewal through us or NameSilo directly.
4. Support and Management
We provide first-line support for basic domain setup, DNS records, and connection to your website. For registrar-level issues or disputes, we may direct you to NameSilo support for resolution.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed. This includes misspellings, incorrect domain extensions, or a change of mind after submission. If a registration fails due to technical error, a full refund or alternative domain option will be provided.
6. Use Restrictions
You agree not to register domains that infringe on third-party trademarks, contain misleading or harmful content, or violate any applicable laws. Domains found in violation may be suspended or terminated without notice.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of domain services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
